Cancellation Before Shipment

• Send an email request to our support team. Approved cancellations are refunded within 5–7 working days to the original payment source.

Post-Dispatch Cancellations

• After your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, once the item is delivered, you are welcome to request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Modifications 

Changes to orders or addresses aren’t allowed once it is placed. You’ll need to cancel the order and reorder the product once again.
