Failed Deliveries 

If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, the package is returned to our warehouse. Re-dispatch can be arranged by contacting support.

Damaged or Missing Items 

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged or missing items. Attach photos for faster resolution. Based on verification, we’ll initiate a refund or replacement.
