1. How can I successfully place an order?
Choose your favorite items, add them to your shopping cart, go to checkout, provide details, and complete payment to finalize the order.

You may edit your order only before it’s fully processed. Once the order processing starts, no changes or updates can be made to it anymore.

Orders can be cancelled anytime before they’re packed and dispatched. Post-dispatch cancellation isn't allowed for logistics and timing reasons.

Simply visit your account’s order section and quickly cancel your eligible items before they enter the full processing or shipping stage in our system.


3. How are refunds processed for cancelled orders?
Refunds are usually initiated to your original mode of payment and will typically reflect within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s timeline.


4. Can I undo a cancelled order accidentally?
Unfortunately, once cancelled, the order cannot be easily restored. You will just need to place a fresh new online order for the desired item once again.
